other side keeps it dry!

I love these. I use them more for cheek retraction than for anything; when placed in the vestibule while working on #2 or #15 I am able to hold the cheek back and protect it at the same time. Nice product.

Good for the price

This review was submitted as part of a promotion in which I received an entry into the Review Giveaway. Dri-Angles with silver are excellent for moisture control in posterior areas — they conform well to the tissue, absorb effectively, and the silver helps with hemostasis too.

Why buy dri-angles without a metal side? These actually keep your preparations dry and allow for real isolation even on second molars.

Like that you can turn and use either side.

These are awful for any lengthy procedure. Throwing multiple boxes in trash because they breakdown too easily during use. They leave silver bits on patient's face. I remember using these in dental school but have used Neodry almost exclusively since graduating. I tried these out mostly due to cost, but the reflective lining flakes off and the absorbent layer seems to saturate faster than the Neodry because after I swap it it out during procedures, I dont need to remove the Neodry until treatment is completed. There has been reflective layer flakes on the patient's tongue, teeth, and buccal surfaces of their teeth. Either my standards have improved or these have gotten worse-- and we had some really nice stuff to use in dental school.

Falls apart easily and doesn't stay in place. Better off spending a little more for higher quality.

Great option

They keep the area dry but I do not need the reflective side because I have a mirror. I tried them and it was nice but I can use the cheaper ones that do not have the silver reflective side.
