I purchase 2 of these composite guns and both broke with the first few uses!! Not even lasted a month!! Very unhappy!! Net32 Response (4/14/21): We are sorry that the customer encountered issues with the product. Net32 notified Dunlin Dental Supply of the customer's concerns. Dunlin Dental Supply sent a complimentary replacement at no charge to the customer.

Both guns had carpules stuck on them after 1 use. At first glance, dispenser looks cheap and nondurable. After only one use capsule got stuck and we were unable to take it out. Net32 Response (8/18/23): We apologize for the customer's dissatisfaction with the received dispensing gun. Net32 informed Dunlin Dental about the customer's concerns. In response, Dunlin Dental provided the option of either a refund or a replacement for the gun. The customer chose a refund, which was subsequently processed in full for the product. We extend our sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience caused.
