hated it and tried to return it ASAP Net32 Response (12/9/25): We are sorry that the customer received a unit that did not meet expectations. Net32 notified the vendor of the customer's concerns and provided a prepaid label to return the product for a full refund. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.
