Great customer service, issue resolved when reached out to the company. Net32 Response (8/22/23): We apologize for the inconvenience the customer experienced with their order from PA Dental. Net32 promptly informed PA Dental about the customer's concerns along with the provided lot information, enabling them to look into the issue with the manufacturer. Furthermore, Net32 issued a complete refund to the customer for the product. We extend sincere apologies to the customer for any disruption caused.
