Twice ordering and both packages have had syringes that while Dr is filling the prep it will somehow hit a chunk or void and then exudes out almost half the syringe contents. We did not complain the first time as we thought perhaps it was bad tips, but since this has happened again we would like to be contacted. Net32 Response (12/20/22): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with the Filtek from Tradent Supply. Net32 notified Tradent Supply of the customer's concerns. Tradent Supply refunded the customer in full for the product.

The syringe and tips are well designed. There's no run-on overflow after you set the syringe down. It doesn't make a mess on the tray.

I ordered The Filtek Flow but the design of the syringe and tips are completely different that the previous time we ordered this product (also different from the photo that describes the product). Basically, we wanted exactly the same design and tips as showed on the picture here! Very unhappy! We cant use the tips that we pre ordered already! Net32 Response (9/9/20): We are sorry that the customer received Flowable composite that did not meet expectations. Net32 notified First Dent Supply of the customer's concerns. First Dent Supply provided the customer with a prepaid label to return the product to First Dent Supply for a refund. Net32 updated the product detail page image to reflect the new style packaging and tip from 3M. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.

Dental Wholesale Direct provided a prepaid label to return the incorrect item for a full refund. Dental Wholesale Direct has been removed for the item until Dental Wholesale Direct provides Net32 with assurance that the correct item will be shipped for any future orders of Manufacturer Code: 6032A2.

This is unacceptable . they advertise Filtek Supreme Ultra but they send Filtek ultimate!!! the syringe look exactly the same but the fine print said that it is light Cure pit and Fissure Sealants. IF I didn't look at the packaging I would never knew that they send me fake product. Buyers be aware. Net32 Response: We are sorry that the customer received a product that did not meet expectations. Net32 replaced the order with the product that was ordered and provided the customer with a prepaid label to return the incorrect product to Dental Wholesale Direct for a full refund. Dental Wholesale Direct has provided Net32 with assurance that Dental Wholesale Direct will only fulfill orders for Filtek Supreme Ultra Flow - A2 with Filtek Supreme Ultra Flow - A2.

I did not receive the product that I ordered and was advertised. Instead, I received Filtek Ultimate, which is a different thing. When I attempted to contact support, they did not seem satisfied with the picture of the product both front and back exactly as I received it the very same day with the invoice pictured as well. After waiting a week for someone to correct this issue, they finally shipped out the correct product but sent it to the wrong address even though all the information in my account is updated to current business address. It was inexplicably rerouted via USPS to the doctor's home address where the box was left out in the rain. Net32 Response: Sincere apologies for the issue and the delay with getting the issue resolved. From time to time Net32 being a marketplace asks for pictures of products from customers to help with the resolution of an issue. Sometimes we are looking for codes to ensure that we get the request correct when submitting to the vendors. The replacement order was shipped to the shipping address from original order.

Love the product. Colors are accurate. Placement is easy with given tips. If proper bonding agent used with decent isolation you will have zero issues. Also acts a great liner if planning to use bulk fill on top
