Received the wrong tips and therefore cannot use the product. Please ensure you include the correct tips next time. Poor communication and unusable. Net32 Response (7/13/23): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from Hey Dental. Net32 notified Hey Dental of the customer's concerns. Hey Dental provided a prepaid label to return the product for a full refund. PA Dental was removed from selling the product until Hey Dental provides Net32 with assurance that the issue was addressed with their warehouse. Sincere apologies to the customer of the issue, delay and any inconvenience.
