i placed an order for two hemodent bottles. one was received empty, and other bottle came in 1/3rd full. Net32 Response (2/9/24): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from Frontier Dental Supply. Net32 notified Frontier Dental Supply of the customer's concerns. Frontier Dental Supply refunded the customer in full for the damaged product. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.

TradealZ charged me for the item. After a month they said they were out of stock and canceled it and so far no refund, so upset. Net32 response: TradealZ contended that they never did ship or charge the customer for the Hemodent, so no refund was issued. However because TradealZ did not inform the customer until long after the the order for products was placed, Net32 as a gesture of good will sent a bottle of Hemodent at no charge. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.
