These cant be used with standard dental syringe. The attachment is the wrong diameter. This stuff works with no issues. Have not had any tissue pulling or pushing with inserting or withdrawing. But it's a house brand, so you may not get what I got.

They measure 30mm which is closer to a short needle than a long (38mm, 1.5 inch) needle.

I have been a customer of net32.com for the last one year, ordering pretty much everything clinic related from this site. The savings I've accomplished from switching to net32.com from a brand name supplier has been enough for me to purchase my beautiful wife the car of her dreams. Was it easy, not at the time but looking now back in time I'm glad I made the switch. As for the house brand products, they are generic but it does the job and it saves me money and on top, patients are as well. Thank you
