Any of the lidocaine they sell on this site have about a 30% chance of not having good efficacy. May want to stay away. I warned you. Net32 response: We tried to reach the customer several times to explore the matter further. Surprised to hear about problems with efficacy, especially seeing as there are about 158 reviews, of which none expressed concerns with efficacy. Very interested to learn more from this customer.

It has been 2months since the last time that we ordered 10 of this items and never received them yet. We contacted net32 multiple time, and was told that this order will be delivered soon. Until now we still never receive it yet. Net32 Response: The customer is correct. There was quite a delay with the shipment. The initial order (placed on 12/2/18) was lost by FedEx. When notified, PA Dental reshipped the order. The replacement order was delivered on January 4th.
