I tried to save money by buying less expensive off-brand needles, but the plastic cover could be punctures easily resulting in needle injuries, Also the hub is not the best: doesn't screw well on the syringe.

We are a completely free dental clinic, so price is important....but then so is function and dependability when our volunteer dentists use a product. They expect something that will work well. Our dentist prefers the plastic hub, and the entire product functions very well....with a price we can better afford.

I love this product and have ordered it for years outside Net32. This is the first order of the product from a Net32 vendor (LV Dental Supply). I ordered it on February 16 and it just arrived yesterday, March 4. My practice was down to one (1) 27 gauge long needle. I find it hard to understand what took so long. I ordered other products the same day and they arrived in a timely fashion. I would have to think twice to order from this vendor (LV Dental Supply) again. Net32 Response: The customer is correct. There was a significant delay with their order from LV Dental Supply. We apologize for the inconvenience and sent the customer a complimentary box of needles for the trouble. Net32 is working with LV Dental to speed up their delivery times.
