Side vented is the ones that I am looking for. Luer lock, secure. And easy to use. Need to use hemostat to twist open. Very handy.

I used to like this a lot and have been using this product for 20 years. Today 1/11/17, when recapping the needle after bending it and using it to irrigate a canal, the needle punctured through the sleeve. A 27 ga needle should be able to deflect from the wall of the sleeve. I am not sure if the needle gauge's stiffness is quality controlled. Also, the sleeve thickness and strength needs to be quality controlled.
