Not sure how these were measured but interior of pouch is certainly NOT 3.5 X 6.5 Net32 Response (10/17/23): It appears that these are measured using outside dimensions. The product detail page was updated to include the Internal measurements as well which are 3.5" x 5.25". The customer was provided a prepaid label to return the product to Oceanside Medical Supply for a full refund.
