We bought the PowerMax 25 Ultrasonic Unit and it lasted 6 weeks. Our unit randomly stops working while our hygienist is using the unit with a patient. I contacted the manufacturer and they informed me of their 30 day return policy!!! 30 days.... we missed by 2 weeks. There solution is to send for repair. OK? So we send for repair - AGAIN! BRAND NEW UNIT not refurbished. Now we are without a unit??? NO they do not send a loaner. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! YOUR HAVE LIMITED RETUN OPTION!!!
