We switched to this brand to try a mid-cost prophy angle, unfortunately the hygenists don't care for the product and after trying it myself, I agree with them. Does not feel robust at all, very cheap, the tip can break down intra-orally. Net32 Response: We are sorry that the customer received prophy angles that did not meet expectations. Net32 sent a replacement order of Pac-Dent ProAngles at no charge to the customer. A $130.00 value.

Awesome customer service. Ordered a single item that we needed last minute in our office, and found on net32 at a great price... It was followed up by a personal "thank you" phone call. It really speaks volumes for a corporation when they take the time to personally thank you for your business. Shipping was also quick! We will definitely order from net32 in the future.
