This last batch I ordered feel lighter than my other syringes and occasionally fly out and into the patient's mouth. I've ordered these before with no problem. Seems they changed the supplier.

This is a decent product. It seems to work well. I did not give it 5 starts as one of the air water tips has a slight bit of water spray with the air when the air button is first pushed, once it is open with air, the water mist clears away and you have clean dry air. Only one of the two syringes I bought does this. Maybe a o-ring defect, but overall still decent and usable. Better price than name brands.
