I received this almost 3 full weeks after ordering. It arrived in a damaged box, without 2 of the 6 applicators listed on the box. Box was damaged, and it looks like the material has already been partially dispensed. So disappointed. Will never purchase from your company again. Net32 Response: Net32 notified IDS of the issue. IDS said the product must have been damaged in transit. Net32 paid for the customer to be sent a replacement product and also had the customer refunded.
