Never even got it shipped, cancelled order. Net32 Response: Despite the fact that this customer has been very active in ordering over the past year this order did not have a great outcome. The order was placed on 2/15/18. IDS said they were ready to ship on 3/28/18 but there was an issue with the transaction. Net32 asked the customer if they had an update on 4/3/18 without reply. IDS cancelled the order on 4/10/18 due to the transactional issue.

I got this item shipped in about a month. Everything was great but the handles were about 1/4 of an inch too small. Net 32 was responsive in talking with the company however they sent the same wrong handles again. This went on another time until we measured the drilled holes in the cart and sent it. Finally after 2 months we got the right handles. We are hoping to use this cart as I just got the right handles last week.

Great price and shipped relatively fast. You will have to put the handles on. Came with the wrong bolts, but home depot had the right ones for cheap. 3 months in and works great.
