Ordered months ago and still haven't received product! Net32 Response (9/10/20): We are sorry that the customer's experience did not meet expectations. Net32 notified Tradent Supply of the customer's concerns. It appears the package was lost in transit with FedEx. Tradent Supply refunded the customer in full. Simple placement, quick abd efficient.. Nothing works better for retraction and hemostasis with about 10 seconds to place. I haven't re-ordered or found a reason to use cord since I started using it.

This is the best product we've seen in a long time. Easy to inject around the sulcus, hemostatic properties stop bleeding for clean impressions. It's so much easier on the patient and the assistant. Used with comprecaps it's the best retraction material around.
