I have used the product for almost a year and love it. I use it multiple times a day. This design is the easiest to turn off and on from the base or wand (no rocker switch - just a push button). The light weight top raises for easy access to fill. The tips are not contained in the cover. The water reservoir comes off for easy cleaning. The wand cord drains to an open area and is easy to clean.
