ACE Dental shipped a OPEN box ITEM... Taped together poorly

Sent a open box item!!! Be careful! I dont think I can sell this item bc it is in rough shape and possibly USED! Net32 Response (12/14/23): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from Ace Dental Supply. Net32 notified Ace Dental Supply of the customer's concerns. Ace Dental advised that the product was taped to secure it and offered to refund the customer. The customer was refunded in full for the product.
