I did send you a message regarding the three bottles that were leaking. That was about 2 weeks ago. Nobody has replied yet. I at least expect you to replace the three leaking bottles. Please get back to me. Net32 Response: Sincere apologies for the delay with the response and refund. Net32 notified Orange County Dental of the issue and Orange County Dental issued a refund for the damaged product.

I really like this rinse for our patients. That being said I WILL NOT be ordering anything from Orange Dental in the future. I have given them 2 chances. The first order I only received part of. What I did receive was damaged. It took almost 2 months to get my items replaced. The second order I placed over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive. If you need your products in any sort of a timely manner I would suggest looking for another distributor even if it costs a few pennies more!

We have yet to get the order and when I called them it was a 26 min hold time who can or has the time to actually HOOOLLLLDDDD Net32 response. Very sincere apologies for the very long hold time. That is not what we stand for and are doing everything we can to eliminate that kind of negative experience. With regard to the order Net32 tried to reach the customer by phone multiple times. Our records show that the order was placed on September 26th, shipped on October 3rd and received on October 9th.

This has same chemistry as standard Peridex but has a more pleasant flavor and desirable cost. I use this pre and post op fro many procedures as well as prescribe for those with braces not doing great hygiene or mouth breathers that can’t get bacteria; count down.
