All returns must be issued a return authorization number. A return authorization number can be obtained by contacting Net32. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will incur a restocking fee per the manufacturer's terms, which may be up to 20%. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in the original package with an unbroken seal. Defective, damaged, and missing items need to be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Items ordered before 4:00pm EST ship out the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 EST ship out the next day.
