Return Policy

**All returns must be issued a return authorization number, and contain a copy of either the invoice or NET32 Order Number. Any returns without this information will be disposed of.
All issues relating to packaging, expiration dates, and missing goods must be reported within 14 days of receipt to receive credit.
All damage claims and shipping discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery in order to be considered. Products must be in the original packaging, and be returned in re-saleable condition.
Products with expiration dates should have more than 4 months left from the date of return.
Products and/or kits must have the original factory seal and cellophane wrappers.
Product is to be carefully packed to avoid damage while in transit.
Equipment items (such as handpieces) that come with a warning label to "not cut or the item is un-returnable" can not be returned if the label is cut.
Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt to receive credit. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect must be approved and be in original package with unbroken seal and will be returned at the shipper's expense with a 20% re-stocking fee.


**Items are shipped the same day order is received up until 3pm Central. Free shipping for orders over $300 and weighing less than 15 lb. Orders over 15 lb may be subject to additional shipping charges. **Shipments to a Residential Address will be Charged $11.95**
