All returns must be issued a return authorization number. Shipping is non-refundable. Returns will be returned at the shipper's expense and will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in the original package with an unbroken seal. Damaged, defective and missing items need to be reported within 14 days of receipt to receive credit.
