All returns must be issued a return authorization number. A return authorization number can be obtained by contacting Net32.Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be in the original package with an unbroken seal. Defective, damaged, and missing items need to be reported within 14 days of receipt. We have a 90 day return policy on unopened or unused items.
