iSmile Dental Products opened for business in April 2008 with the goal of providing the dental community with quality products at discount prices. iSmile is a group of dedicated professionals, many of whom have worked in the dental products industry for many years. We've taken what we learned from those years of experience and brought it to iSmile and improved upon it, so we can serve our customers better. iSmile sources its products directly from the factories and we package the majority of them in iSmile branded packaging. We don't sell 12 different types of Impression Material - we sell one, and it comes in an iSmile package. Doing this allows us to sell them at a lower price than our competitors. On average, iSmile prices are 30-35% less than the large national distributors. Don't be fooled into thinking that lower price means lower quality. iSmile stands behind the quality of all of our products and we guarantee that our products will meet or exceed your expectations. In addition, iSmile is an authorized dealer for every branded item we sell - Kodak, Cook-Waite, Crosstex and Kimberly-Clark, to name a few.
Standard shipping is $10.99. If you wish to return an item purchased from iSmile Dental Products for credit or exchange, please follow these easy steps 1. Call Net32's Customer Service to arrange for a Return Authorization within 30 days of purchase. 2. Customer Service will process the Return Authorization and generate a UPS Return Label. The UPS Return Label will be emailed to you within 24 hours. 3. Apply the UPS Return label to the outside of the box containing the item(s) you are returning and give this box to any UPS driver that comes into your office. Items can be returned provided they meet the following conditions: Item is unopened, unmarked, and in its originally sealed package. Anesthetic and x-ray film cannot be returned if they are opened under any circumstances. Special order items are not returnable.
Items are shipped the same day if ordered by 3:00pm PST. Hazmat products cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
