All returns must be issued a return authorization number. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the buyers expense and will incur a restocking fee of 20%. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of product. Returns must be in original package with unbroken seal. Defective items need authorization before returning and will be evaluated before credit is issued. Damaged goods need to be reported within 14 days of receipt to receive credit. ***Please note: All x-ray aprons are special order and are not returnable. ***Perishable items returns can not be accepted due to the prolonged stages in transit as well as any Plasdent products.
