Return Policy

All returns must be issued a return authorization number. Any returns with this number not clearly written on the outside of the package will be returned to sender. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the shipper's expense and will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Returns must be in original package with unbroken seal. Defective items need authorization before returning and will be evaluated before credit is issued. Damaged goods need to be reported within 14 days of receipt to receive credit.
