All items must be returned within 30 days of the sale, with no charge except for the return postage. We request our customers do not open the package if they intend on returning the products. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the buyers expense and will incur a restocking fee of $15.00. Return authorization is not required, it is helpful if you call before returning a product so that the returns department will be ready to process any return.
