It appears that the customer faced an issue with an order that was returned to the vendor as undeliverable by the carrier. A refund was processed for the returned order. Although the order in question doesn't seem directly linked to this product, Net32 is willing to conduct further investigation if the customer reaches out to us.

GREAT PRODUCT

This product is not inexpensive. I ordered a few syringes to last me several months. I discovered one syringe was cracked at the tip and most of the product would come out through the side of the syringe instead of through the tip. I emailed customer support right when I discovered the issue (about a month and a half after I placed the order), and both Net32 and the vendor (Tradent) did not help resolve the issue. So I guess I'm out $100 now. Net32 Response (1/30/23): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from Tradent Supply. Net32 notified Tradent Supply of the customer's concerns. The issue was reported outside of the vendor's notification window. Net32 refunded the customer as a courtesy. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience

My go to cement for cementing and bonding most restorations. The cleanup is a little difficult though.

This is the BEST cement we have EVER used. Less time waiting for curing time.

Occasional bond failure and sets up very fast so need to be careful. Clean up is tough but esthetics is very good.

Packaged but not boxed. tips included were all endo. Looks like a broke open kit they sell separately. Net32 response: Pictures sent by customer showed the syringe sealed in the original manufacturer's packaging (intact foil pack). Tips were sealed in a plastic package with 3M branding, appearing to be the manufacturer's original packaging. The vendor said that the box arrived to them damaged so they did not include the box in the shipment. The customer accepted the vendor's offer of a partial refund by applying a discount to the customer's account.

I've been using this brand of cement for years and I love it! I will always go back to this brand when in a pinch.
