The item I received is NOT the item in the picture. It has a different bottle and closure. This is important during a sterile procedure. Yes, the item I received is still sterile, but it is much harder to open and this can affect our ability to keep it sterile. Also, just to reiterate, the picture is TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the item I received. Net32 Response (12/19/23): We are sorry that the customer received Irrigations solution that did not meet expectations. Net32 reached out to the customer multiple times for additional information and pictures. The customer did not respond to our inquiries. As a courtesy, Net32 refunded the customer for the product.
