This tip is slim and precise which allows for me to scale subgingivally without requiring anesthesia. I can't speak for long term reliability but initial quality is on par with anything from Dentsply or any other bigger brands. I would recommended it.

They are useless very week vibration and don’t break calculus I wish I had not bought them wasted my money.not recommended, low price I got what I paid for, *This paragraph is added after my original review, they did process the refund although it was pass the allowed return time.* Net32 Response (5/26/22): We are sorry that the customer received inserts that did not meet expectations. The customer reported their concerns outside of River Dental Supplies return window. It's working well. Edit: I use a Lil' Beaver 2.0 Ultrasonic unit, and this tip works BETTER than the Cavitron brand tips in my machine. Now I'm back to buy some more.

I was looking for a less expensive insert and was sort of apprehensive as I only have the dentsply brand but it works great so far. I've had it a few weeks. It is comparable to my other tips. I actually went ahead an bought a second slim tip and that one is great too. I am very pleased with my products thus far. This came in the mail really fast.
