This material is good with no serious downsides. I feel like it sets up a little faster than it would be expected for a regular set, but that’s OK, work faster.

It took more than 2 weeks to process the order and also knowing that it was damaged. Net32 Rep was very rude when requested to send new one. Horrible service Net32 Response (4/19/24): We are sorry that the customer's experience did not meet expectations. The order was placed on 4/3/24 and shipped on 4/4/24. It appears the customer's order was damaged in transit with UPS. When notified, Net32 immediately notified River Dental Supplies. River Dental Supplies sent a replacement at no charge to the customer. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.

we use this in the office and love it always on time!

I have been using the DEFEND light body and heavy regular and fast set impression materials for several years now! Very accurate and flow into the sulcus well. Fast set is my go-to for temps when I need them. Although I do scan, impression material is still important and use it regularly. Four cartridges for under $30 can’t be beat! Dr D

Really recommend this product. I haven't had any problem with this product and I've been using it for a while already. A bit on the runny side, but nothing not manageable.

This product works as well as the expensive brand. Works great with the shorter 6.5 mm tips, as well, to reduce waste.

THis material separated out a clear liquid and became so runny that it would not stay in the tray. This was more than 6 months before expiration, and it was stored per the label. Net32 Response: We are sorry the customer received something that did not meet their expectations. Net32 sent the customer a complimentary replacement. A $26.00 value.
