Recommended 100% this specific brand is the best I tried, Defend even the medium body copy the anatomy super accurate. I use the 3 types, medium heavy and light body and the 3 of them are very good, the heavy stays in the tray even if you don't use adhesive I love it and my Doctors too. I prefer the fast set but tried the regular and also works very good.

If you're trying to cut overhead, this material is great for what you need. I don't buy the medium body for final impressions for crowns, since I feel their are better materials for final impressions. I use this material for doing temp crowns.
