Did not receive the product. Shipping package had been opened and taped back! Net32 Response (3/11/21): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with the delivery of their order. What the customer is describing sounds to be that the package was damaged in transit with the carrier (FedEx). Net32 notified Tradent Supply of the customer's concerns and refunded the customer as part of Net32's 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.
