threads loosen up after multiple sterilizations

pic looks very similar to authentic but it is not. Ok for the money and to use but if you are picky person, prob you want an authentic one Net32 response: It appeared that Orange County sent a substitution for the DSC product, that being a Nivo Matrix retainer. Net32 is working with Orange County to take care of the customer. In the meantime, Net32 sent the customer a replacement Milltex Universal Matrix Retainer as the DSC was out of stock with other Net32 vendors.

Even though we use sectionals a lot in our office. We still use these a fair amount of times.
