When nothing else works go old school and solve the problem. Either as a strong base for under cuts under any material or to cement a prosthetic that wont stay with nothing else this is the GUY to use.

I use it still, to cement implant cases that cannot be screw retained. Reduces chance of cement sepsis that seems to be far more prevalent with resin based alternatives.
