they sent wrong item, but they deny to return and give me refund! Net32 Response (6/15/23): We apologize for the inconvenience caused to the customer. Net32 promptly informed Tradent Supply about the customer's concerns. In response, Tradent Supply clarified that the product in the picture provided by the customer was not sourced from their company. Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill to ensure customer satisfaction, Tradent Supply offered a refund. Additionally, the customer was allowed to retain the product without any charges. We sincerely apologize to the customer for any inconvenience caused.
