burs had a groove and wouldn't let bur lock in to slow speed. Net32 Response (9/7/21): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with the burs from TriRock Dental. Net32 notified TriRock Dental of the customer's concerns. TriRock Dental provided the customer with a prepaid label to return the product to TriRock Dental for a full refund. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.

I cannot speak for everyone, but for me I consider most carbides to be single use even if they are not marketed that way. For that reason, I find these clinic packs and their price-point to be quite acceptable.
