They sent me refill version which only has 40/box (instead of 80/box)!!!! Net32 Response: We are sorry that the customer received retractors that did not meet expectations. Net32 notified LV Dental Supply of the customer's concerns. LV Dental Supply refunded the customer for the missing product. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused to the customer.
