I can only say that I hate this product because I never received it. It got sent to someone in Florida and I live in NY. Instead of sending me the product, they refunded me. Which is fine except that I needed the product. So it’s not really the product I hate, it’s the customer service I received (or lack of) that I’m very dissatisfied with. Net32 Response (1/29/25): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from Oceanside Medical Supply. The package appears to have been lost in transit. Net32 notified Oceanside Medical Supply of the customer's concerns and refunded the customer in full for the order. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.
