received wrong item. Net32 keeping asking for evidences; photo was sent but nothing was resolved. I ordered so much from them just to be questioned for their mistake!!!! Net32 Response (5/23/23): We are very sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from River Dental Supplies. The customer reported the issue on 5/15/23. Net32 immediately notified River Dental Supplies of the customer's concerns. River Dental Supplies requested a picture of the product received as part of their investigation with their warehouse. The customer provided a picture on 5/22/23 which Net32 relayed to River Dental Supplies. River Dental Supplies sent a replacement and a prepaid return label on 5/23/23. Sincere apologies to the customer for the delay and any inconvenience.
