You sent the wrong length

Right length sent after talking to customer service You sent the wrong length 21 and I ordered 25 mm. Please send the correct length 25 mm. Net32 Response (11/21/25): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from Endo Direct. Net32 notified Endo Direct of the customer's concerns and provided the customer with a prepaid label to return the product to Endo Direct. Endo Direct sent a replacement at no charge to the customer. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.

I don’t do heroic root canals so these are great for me. Perhaps they also work for heroic canals, but someone else can test it.
