I have received the product however just like the other reviewer wrote it came wet, contaminated and discolored. Perhaps a bad batch?!? I have contacted the vendor and they asked me to send the pictures of product which I did but no response from them. I would like to receive a refund please. Not a good product! We requested return. Net32 refused refund! Donot order! Net32 Response (8/5/26): While the product is not returnable, Net32 notified DSI of the customer's concerns and refunded the customer as part of Net32's money back guarantee.
