This is the best air prophy handpiece with two modes: a Sub-Gingival and Supra-Gingival handpiece that can be attached directly to your chair unit. It can remove much more stain than the prophy contra angle.

this is great product but it breaks dawn easily

It must be serviced after every use, or it won't work. The washers also need to be replaced frequently, so you get what you paid for: a cheap air prophy, mediocre performance, and not very durable!!
