All the instruments are autoclavable, including our fully autoclavable plastic mouth mirror. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact Net32 Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your item requesting a Return Authorization Number. You will need to provide the date of purchase and invoice number. Please be sure to use the original packing materials when returning the item to us. Products that are missing, defective, or damaged must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Custom or special item orders and any shipping charges are non-refundable. A 10% re-stocking fee is deducted for all products shipped with FREE shipping.
