Standard shipping is $5.95. Return Policy

Unopened products are accepted for return within 30 days from the invoice date. Reports of defective, damaged, or missing products must be made within 14 days of customer receipt. A Return Authorization Materials (RMA) number is required for all returns and exchanges..

Items that are not defective or damaged must be returned in new, resalable condition in the original packaging; only unopened, unused product will be accepted for return.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns and exchanges that are not the fault of Gateway Dental. Return shipping charges where Gateway Dental is not at fault are the responsibility of the customer.

*Opened handpieces are not eligible for an exchange or refund. Handpiece equipment is covered by a repair warranty.
