Excellent technical specs: Fluoride release/recharge, esthetic, very flowable, high strength. I use it for basing class 2 and 3 boxes, bulk filling class 5's and smaller class 1's. good wear specs according to the manufacturer that has been reliable in years of use.

The zero flow is like your normal flowable, it just holds its shape better. I use it to make composite hooks in the mouth for orth movements and it's amazing for that use. Very strong, easy to shape however you want prior to curing without being super stiff.
