DCI Gasket Kit for Midmark M11 and M11D. Includes: 1 Door Gasket, 1 Dam Gasket

This gasket said it was for Midmark M11 sterilizer. I was too big like it had been stretched out. Would not let the door close. I order the same one from this company in November of 2024 and it fit fine. Maybe it was just a dud but we are still out the $75.00 for a defective part.

I always buy a gasket ahead of time to have as soon as its needed. The 30-day period was well over by the time I used it. Unfortunately after only a few weeks of use my sterilizer kept losing steam and did not build pressure and the code it gave me was for a faulty gasket. Had to buy a new gasket from the repair technician. Net32 said I was pretty much out of luck as the vendor would not accept a return. Sometimes it pays to be prepared, this time it backfired!

Two weeks and never received it, ordered it with another company as was a need Net32 Response (12/19/24): We are sorry that the customer encountered an issue with their order from Apex Dental Express. Net32 notified Apex Dental Express of the customer's concerns and processed a refund for the customer. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.
