articaine was a game changer for all of us 20+ years ago this is my main anesthetic job #1 is anesthesia for patient comfort this facilitated achieving that gold standard if you haven't incorporated articaine into your arsenal your missing out

my number 1 cement for 20 years

After 30 years of practice you know how the carpules should feel when utilized to dispense anesthetic. It felt like I needed to use two hands to force articaine out or two hands to aspirate and that is intolerable. I still have two boxes that we won’t use. My husband (another dentist) has had the same problem. We have had to go back to our original source for this anesthetic. Very Disappointed! Net32 Response (7/7/21): We are sorry that the customer received anesthetic that did not meet expectations. Net32 provided a prepaid label to return the product to Net32 for a full refund. Sincere apologies to the customer for any inconvenience.

It’s septocaine

Great product, and always 10-15 dollars cheaper than what any rep can offer.

Works fast, leaves fast. Used for infiltration, Tuttle, PDL. Be careful with blocks and pedo patients (it's 4%). Pairs well with other anesthetics for difficult cases.
